It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Pronto, YAP's original pack leader. Please share your memories or thoughts with us here...
I first met Pronto and Liy in 2009 when I was dog sitting Marcel, the Italian Greyhound. Over the years, I've had three generations of dogs: Italian Greyhound, Greyhound, and Doberman. I have bought harnesses and beef and chicken jerky for all my dogs here. Pronto was an integral part of the Yap store experience, resting quietly in her bed behind the counter. Liy, I'm deeply saddened to hear of Pronto's passing. I remember her as the beautiful and gentle soul she was.

We are so sad to hear of your loss. All the The Nordquist Pets have met Pronto over the years. We just lost our Muffy (The best dressed Haveneese who always sported various gorgeous YAPs) this Christmas so we hope that Muffy and Pronto are playing together in Heaven. Sending lots of love to you during this sad time
Li, we are so sorry for your loss. We first met you and Pronto in 2010 at a meet-up in a small park in Russian Hill. We always came by by the store to see Pronto every time we visited SF; he always reminded us of our IG, Lily. I know you will have a lot of great memories of him; he will be in your heart forever and he will be waiting for you at the Rainbow Bridge.
